Customer Service Representative!
We know it, you know it. Most companies ramble on about purpose and making the world a better place. And pretty often it feels a bit… well, forced. But we’d like to think that our story is special for real. Hear us out. The story of Nextory began in Syria, where our founders grew up. When they were children, they witnessed how the dictatorship limited the access to books, and saw what it did to their country. So when Shadi and Ninos came to Sweden, they made it their mission to make books available to everyone.
Fast forward a few years, and Nextory was born. We offer a monthly subscription where our users can read and listen to as many books as they like. Sounds like a pretty cool product to work with, right? We think so too.
We’re on the hunt for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding Customer Service team on the quest of making the world a happier and more democratic place. We’re nine people today with varied backgrounds.

So who are we looking for?
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Customer Service Representative at Nextory your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction by delivering our customers the best possible experience and service through our different channels.
Today, we believe that you work in a different fast-moving environment, but that you are now eager to take the next step and work more long-term in an entrepreneur-driven business. You have a great interest in service and problem solving. You also have very good communication and administrative skills. You are comfortable with digital technology and quickly learn new systems and digital services. We believe you have the ability to handle and master different situations and you are a service minded person who enjoys helping people.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have a genuine interest in providing exceptional service and that you value happy customers as much as we do!
- Relevant educational background
- Experience of similar work in a service-related industry
- Service minded, solution-oriented, meticulous and thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
