WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Head of Digital, you will lead the digital growth strategy at Nextory and drive customer acquisition execution through innovative and data-driven digital marketing, analytics and growth hacking strategies, across various digital channels (including paid search, social media, display advertising, SEO). You will work cross-functionally with teams within marketing, product, data, and engineering to optimize our acquisition customer journey and accelerate growth.
The position is based in Stockholm and you report to our Global Chief Commercial Officer.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- We believe you have a relevant educational background in marketing, business, or a related field, and/or specific online marketing diplomas
- You have 7+ years of operational and strategic experience within digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition and growth through paid and organic channels
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing, mobile acquisition, paid search, social media, SEO, display, and programmatic advertising
- You are comfortable working with subscription models and navigating international markets
- Extensive experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, as well as app store optimization for Apple and Google Play
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English, with communication skills in both languages
- Experience in AI-driven marketing is a plus, demonstrating your ability to stay at the forefront of industry trends
- You are a hands-on, creative thinker with a growth mindset, always looking for innovative ways to achieve business objectives
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
