WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Nextory grows and thrives. You’ll craft and align HR strategies to match our company’s business goals. From performance management to sparking cultural initiatives and advancing talent management – you’ll be the architect behind it all. This isn’t about policies – it’s about empowering managers and building a workplace where people genuinely love to work.

This role blends strategic vision with operational execution, enhancing employer branding, leveraging HR analytics, and empowering managers across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be supporting our leaders to drive talent strategies and initiatives while ensuring the Nextory Spirit thrives across our global teams. You'll be reporting to our CHRO and be part of a small hardworking team on a mission to have the right people in the right place to ensure business success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.

- Leading performance management and talent management processes, including learning and development initiatives to drive engagement and productivity.

- Utilizing workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive recruitment, retention, and employee development efforts.

- Driving transformative change to enhance organizational flexibility, spark innovation, and elevate employee engagement.

- Create a cohesive culture across offices in Paris, Bangalore, Stockholm.

WHO YOU ARE

You’ve probably danced this dance before – working as an HR partner in a fast-moving, ever-evolving company. You thrive in spaces where ideas fly and collaboration fuels success. You’re passionate about learning, pushing boundaries, and helping others grow. Plus, you take pride in your work, enjoy driving development, and understand the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive culture. You have an adaptable mindset and a willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed – no task is too big or too small for you!

We believe you have: (Note: 'believe' does not mean mandatory – if you feel you’ve gained similar or even greater experience in another field, we encourage you to share your perspective in your application!)

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a global or tech-focused organization.

- Proven success in coaching managers to enhance leadership effectiveness.

- Experience designing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business outcomes, preferably in an OKR-based environment.

- Strong collaboration skills with senior leadership to align workforce planning and HR strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.

- Solid understanding of Swedish labor laws and workplace compliance.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Personio, with strong analytical capabilities.

- Native proficiency in Swedish or English, with strong skills in the other language.

We’ll be extra curious if you have:

- Experience leading global transformation initiatives.

- Certification or training in leadership coaching.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support HR analytics.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That’s why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office!

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.

Participation in events outside regular working hours, such as after-work gatherings or book clubs, is expected approximately once a month. Occasional travel is required, including up to seven consecutive days twice a year and 2-3 short Swedish or European trips annually.
