WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Content Operations Coordinator at Nextory, you’ll combine your analytical mindset with a tech-savvy approach to ensure our catalog of over 1 million titles is seamlessly accessible to our customers. You will serve as the primary technical contact for publishers, troubleshoot potential issues, and play a key role in collaborating with product teams to optimize and develop our book ingestion systems.

You’ll be part of a talented, passionate team with expertise in software development, product management, and data analytics—all united by a shared mission to promote and enhance the joy of reading. This role is based in Stockholm.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- We believe you have, for the field, relevant educational background

- We believe you have a around 1 year of experience from working with technical support, project management or similar

- We believe you have experience working with databases, HTTP, FTP traffic, and APIs, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of technical protocols and integrations

- If you are familiar with the structure and functionality of EPUBs and audiobooks, that is a plus, as well as proficiency in working with JSON and ONIX data formats
